Shipping & Delivery
Delivery costs are as follows:
Within the UK Spend up to £10 shipping will be from £1.99
Within the UK over £10 and get shipping FREE
Europe Standard fee for shipping is £3.39 for no matter how much you spend
Every where elese shipping is a standard fee of £5.99
Due to many issues with shipping to other countries we have now stopped this and restricted it to Europe only. If however you would like to purchase something and your country is not listed please email us and we can see if we can help.
We aim to ship out our orders within 48 hours of funds being cleared (not including weekends and bank holidays) but this may vary if we are awaiting for stock to arrive or busy times. Most UK deliveries are sent out via Royal mail and may require a signature upon receipt of goods. You will be notified by email once your goods have been shipped. We however cannot guarantee time scales due to Royal mail not being under our control. If a while you were out calling card is left due to no one being home when they try to deliver please contact your local depot on the details provided. The parcel will remain at royal mails depot in your local area for about 7 days. If after this time we receive the parcel back due to non collection we will ask for the postage fee of £1.99 to be paid again in order for us to repackage and dispatch the goods.
If you choose our next day delivery service and the order is purchased before midday this will be dispatched the same day Monday to Friday excludes weekends and bank holidays. For orders placed over the weekend that have purchased next day postage, these will still remain a priority but cannot be sent out until the next working day being Monday or if a bank holiday this will be a Tuesday.
For overseas buyers we use the same service, Royal mail. We cannot guarantee timescales on this due to there being so many obstacles out of our control such as the time scale for being in the air, going through customs and then having to be forwarded on to the local postal service in your area. We will however email you to confirm the date of posting your goods, but please note that shipping times can be anything up to 5-7 weeks to receive.
International Shipping (Non UK ONLY)
Please be aware that you are responsible for shipping costs regardless of whether you actually receive your package. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the UK. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply to the shipment of any products to your country. By law, we are obligated to report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, National or local laws regulating importation of products that you may purchase. It is entirely your responsibility to NOT order items that are illegal to import into your country. There is usually not an importation problem, but occasionally they occur. The risk is yours. You will be responsible for the entire package cost if it is seized and we do not get it back.
If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges.
If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Iridescentdiva is not to be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by the customer. If the shipment is abandoned the customer will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. If in any case we received a return of any shipment refused by customs authorities of any country,Iridescent Diva will credit the customer for the value of the unopened and un-tampered products purchased. No refund on shipping charges incurred for the return of the shipment or shipping charges sending the product.
Once the order has been shipped, you are responsible for paying for the order, plus shipping costs.
By ordering, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Customers orders are shipped by Royal Mail or Parcel Force for all overseas customers. Charges are based on destination. Customers are responsible for all exported content. It is the consumers responsibility to know the laws and regulations for importing products into their country. Customers are responsible for any losses Iridescent Diva does not guarantee successful delivery due to import/export laws & regulations that the consumer is responsible for. It is the consumers sole responsibility to only order what is legal for sale in their country. Receiver is responsible for any and all duty and/or VAT.
Returns and replacements
If you however wish to cancel your order you will have a 7 day period from the time you have received your goods to do so. We ask that the goods are returned in their original condition. You will need to notify us within this time in writing and your refund will be processed within 30 working days. Please always contact us first with any problems you may have with your order. If you should receive an item from Iridescent Diva.co.uk that is faulty or damaged, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can correct this. All items are checked prior to posting and wrapped to protect from damage. But accidents do happen and we will always try and resolve problems.

At Iridescent Diva our branded products are all 100% authentic. Products are not just purchased from the UK, as we buy wholesale worldwide. Therefore you may find that the packaging, writing or something cosmetic is different to what you would find in the shops in the UK.
Remember on orders over £35 postage is FREE (UK customers only).
We would like to point out that we do not offer catalogues or free samples/gifts.
Payment, Pricing & Returns
Payment is accepted in £ Sterling only. Customers outside the UK can pay using PayPal or credit card. Both will automatically convert your local currency into GBP and you don’t need to be a registered user to pay with PayPal. UK customers can pay using, PayPal, Postal orders, and Cheques. Credit /Debit cards on our one page checkout facility or over the phone if you prefer.

Items will be pulled directly from stock whilst on the phone so you will be confident that what you are ordering will be in stock as you will get instant confirmation.
Viewing and placing OrdersUpon placing an order with Iridescent Diva we ask that you check the items you have selected in your make up bag and the colour options are correct. Once you register an account you will have a confirmation email sent to you, then you will be able to view all orders online and hold items in your shopping cart. Also emails will be sent to you to confirm confirmation of order, dispatched and any tracking details we may have for your order.
We however DO NOT share any of your information with anyone else it is strictly for our purposes to make sure we send the orders out to the correct address etc.
Updating Account InformationOnce you have provided your name and password you will have an instant account. You can managed everything simply and easily from this screen. You will be able to edit address details, view recent orders as well as placing items in a wish list so that you can browse at your own leisure and earmark items that are of interest to you.
